When Hunt & Alpine opened in September 2013, it was Portland’s first craft cocktail bar. Our focus was – and continues to be – serving world-class cocktails with outstanding hospitality. Our team is well-versed in the classic cocktails of every era and we enjoy sharing those drinks and that knowledge with you.

Below is a curated list of 84 drinks that encompass the spectrum of flavor, history and style – all of which define and inform this current moment in cocktails. We are happy to prepare any of these for you at any time. Enjoying the breadth of this list will give you a literal taste of the history and effort that lead you to the very seat you are in today.
Entry into the cocktail club is easy: simply stop by and start sipping your way through the list.
What you earn
Our staff will maintain your checklist, and upon completion you will earn the following benefits:
- 10% off your total bill and complimentary Hunt Popcorn every visit, upon presentation of your challenge coin
- A Hunt & Alpine Cocktail Club challenge coin, used to identify and commemorate your completion of the list
- Your name will be etched on the Hunt & Alpine Cocktail Club plaque
